This blog came from my many years of experiences as a mother of two gifted daughters, teacher, administrator and advocate for gifted education. I began blogging to share my experiences supporting parents, teachers and administrators on the needs of gifted children.
The Orchid Life is a community designed for all who wish to learn more about educational topics and to support one another on the journey to better support our children. It is my hope that this blog space will offer advice, perspective, inspiration and hope as we focus on the day to day work of supporting and advocating for children.
